They are Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico and Ricardo Mayorga of Nicaragua - two hard punchers who were known to be knock out artists of their division.

Miguel Cotto won an impressive victory against Yuri Foreman during their title match at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. An upset that Foreman really felt and made Cotto to rise once more from the boxing world and made another history in boxing. Meanwhile, Ricardo Mayorga is a returning fighter who wants to redeem himself and been known for knocking out great fighter of his prime.

I decided to blog about the upcoming boxing event involving Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Shane Mosley which their fight is scheduled to happen on May 1, 2010 in MGM at Las Vegas, Nevada. Well, I find the Mayweather vs. Mosley to be interesting because I think both fighters are worthy to become the opponent of the current pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao. It simply because both American boxers are equipped with experience and skills in fighting inside the ring. Aside from that Mayweather got a perfect score while Mosley got a very impressive win via KO record.

Pacquiao vs Clottey Press Conference Set on January 19

The March 13, 2010 fight of Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey is inevitable and they are all set to start their training. In connection with this the promoter and the organizers of this fight set a press conference in Dallas Stadium this coming January 19. Everything is set for the Pacquiao vs. Clottey match on March 13 at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. All terms had been agreed by all concerned parties and the contract is already signed for the pay-per-view fight of Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey.
The Pacquiao vs. Clottey match on March 13 is dubbed as the “The Event” and it will be aired live worldwide on a pay-per-view broadcast.
